Joshua co-founded Homestead Mortgages to make buying a home simpler and less stressful. He works with first home buyers, upgraders, refinancers and investors, comparing lenders and managing each loan personally from the first conversation through to settlement. With more than five years in financial services, he combines a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management with hands-on lending experience, and a habit of explaining things plainly so clients make decisions with confidence.

Kiara keeps Homestead running smoothly behind the scenes. She builds the systems and processes that move each application from enquiry to settlement on time, looks after compliance, and makes sure clients always know what is happening next. She brings a background across operations, education and marketing, and experience managing recruitment, compliance and process improvement in the finance industry.
